Conlan's Baby Blog

Welcome to Conlan's Baby Blog!

I created this to blog to share pictures and milestones with family and friends, as our little boy grows this year.

If you are not familiar with how blogs work, you can navigate through different pages by clicking on their titles at the right of the screen. For example: On the right of the screen under the Blog Archive, click on "Welcome to Conlan's Baby Blog". If it isn't showing up, click on the month June and it should show up then. Under the Blog Archive list there are other titles you can click on, such as "Conlan's Birth Story". Each title will bring you to a different page that will include a brief summary of what has gone on and pictures.

Merry Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Thank you again Grandma Linda, Aunt Teeny, Uncle Jon, Grandpa Dave, Grandma Becky, Aunt Kiera, Uncle Tyler, Uncle Ryan, Grandma Shelly, Grandpa Tony & Great Grandparent's Mimi and Papa for all of your help with feedings, diaper changes, soothing and bathing our little one.  We could not have survived without you.

We are blessed to have such a wonderful family and truly appreciate your love and support!  Thank you for opening your homes to us and making Conlan's first Christmas a special one!

Conlan opening his first Christmas present at Aunt Teeny and Uncle Jon's house.

He didn't quite understand at first, but thought the bow was pretty nifty.

What a brilliant present!  I don't think Conlan was as amused as his parents.

Daddy helping Conlan open another gift

The gift was a hit with Daddy right away, but Conlan still needed to see what was inside the box before getting excited.

Conlan loved playing with his Aunt Teeny and enjoyed trading tips on blonde hair care and styles.

Conlan was also mesmerized by Aunt Teeny's pearly white teeth and asked if his new teeth suited him.  She reassured him that they do.

Conlan meeting Uncle Paul (uncle Jon's big brother).  He knew right away that this guy would be a fun time.

Jokester Uncle Paul growled at Conlan for fun.  Never one to be upstaged...Conlan Growled back!

Conlan and Uncle Jon.  Conlan was a sleepy boy, but Uncle Jon knew how to perk him back up....More cool presents!!! "cousin" Braden  (the cat) was not pleased that his dad Jon was giving Conlan attention and punished his parents later by vomiting on their new bamboo flooring.  Ahhh...kids.
Grandma Linda and Conlan enjoying the Christmas Tree and reminising about their time together in SC when he was 5 days old.

Grandpa Dave and Aunt Kiera helping Conlan open a present.  Conlan wasn't feeling well, but when he is around Dave and Keira he can't help but party it up with them.

Conlan and Aunt Kiera playing with his cool new toy from Great Grandparents Mimi and Papa.

Conlan loved his new best friend.
Grandma Becky had many toys for Conlan to play with during his stay and Aunt Kiera showed him how they worked.

Grandpa Dave and Conlan hanging out and discussing Cleveland's cold climate.  Conlan tried to convince Grandpa to move the family down south for the winter to no avail.

Conlan with Grandpa Dave and Aunt Kiera snuggling on the couch.

Conlan thanking Grandma Becky for changing his diaper yet again.  His parents mysteriously vanished during this time frame and during other noted poo-splosions.

Uncle Tyler and Conlan discussing College football. As you may be able to tell, Conlan is torn between who to root for during the OSU/Clemson Bowl game coming up.

Grandma Shelly introducing Conlan to "uncle" Kao.

Grandma Shelly and Grandpa Tony helping Conlan open a present.  Conlan was very sick that day, but Grandma Shelly soothed him with snuggles and songs and we ended up getting a good night's sleep after all.
